PREPARING FOR INTERVIEW

This week in English for Specific Purposes we were discussing about the most important things that we have to pay attention when getting in an interview. The way we look and behave sometimes can be more decisive in an interview. Through some videos we also saw what is more appropriate to wear in an interview. Black and white were not always the right colors, as most of us thought, they seemed to be too much formal for an interview.  So as much as you prepare for your answers, you should care about your appearance. But this doesn't mean that what you say or answer is not significant. Talking a lot does not always mean that you are smart, but what matters the most is  what you say and how clear are you to the person in front of you. An interviewee should always be short and clear and focused on the topic. Being honest also is an important element but you should be careful how much honest are you with the interviewer. Sometimes it's better not to mention everything, especially when it comes to your weaknesses. Try to make them sound as positive elements from which you can take advantage of.
